I didn’t stay up to watch the floor exercises for the women’s all-around gymnastics final, so I watched Gabby Douglas’s performance today after work.

By the end of it I was teary-eyed and sniffling—it was SUCH a beautiful, inspiring, HISTORY-making moment. My jaw was dropping every time she stuck a landing (ahhhh yeahh).

PLUS the commentators didn’t say a word. You KNOW something big is up when they aren’t talking.
