Yellowcard- “You and Your Denial”
I know that this album only came out last year, but good GRAVY listening to Yellowcard takes me back to high school.
Ocean Avenue remains one of my “perfect” albums. Perfect albums are the ones that define some segment of my life and ricochet my mind back to the place/time where/when I first listened to it. I listened to them so often that I can still hear the intro to the next song in my head as the first ends (making “shuffle” some awful kind of disorienting experience); sometimes I even catch myself waiting for the disk to whirrr to the next track when I’m listening to it on my computer. Yep.
Not sure if When You’re Through With Thinking, Say Yes will join the “perfect” list, but it’s fun/nostalgic so far.
